Ingredients

1 Chicken, cooked
300 Grams bacon, cooked & chopped
1 to 2 Onions, cooked, salt & peppered lightly
1 Cup breadcrumbs
White Sauce (see below)

Instructions

Break up chicken meat and chop, (not to fine), add bacon, onion and chicken to casserole dish. Mix in 3/4 cup of breadcrumbs and white sauce. Cover with rest of the breadcrumbs and place in oven at 350�F about 1 hour.
White Sauce
Ingredients
2 Ounces butter
2 Tablespoons flour
Salt & pepper
Milk (with below to make about 1 pint)
Liquid from cooked chicken (with fat taken off)
Preparation
Melt butter, mix in flour and cook for 1 minute. Add milk liquid and stir continually over medium heat making sure there are no lumps in mixture, stir until it thickens.
