Ingredients

1 (6.9 oz) Box chicken-flavor Rice-A-Roni
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz) Can sliced water chestnuts, drained
2 Cups shredded rotisserie or grilled chicken
1 (7 oz) Can chopped green chiles, drained
4 Ounces sour cream
2 Cups Pepper Jack cheese, shredded

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350�F.
Prepare the Rice-A-Roni as instructed on the box.
Spray a 9� x 13" baking dish with a nonstick spray, add the cooked Rice-A-Roni.
Combine all the remaining ingredients except the cheese and stir until blended. Place over rice mixture and top with cheese.
Bake until mixture is bubbly and cheese is melted.
