Ingredients
1/2 Cup red bell peppers, chopped
1/2 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 Cup green spring onions, chopped
1 Pound smoked sausage
12 Eggs
1/2 Cup water
1 (4 ounce) Can chopped green chilies, drained
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can asparagus spears
1 Teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
2/3 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 Cloves garlic, crushed
Instructions
Melt 1/4 cup butter in electric skillet at 250F.
Saut� peppers and onions until tender crisp. Whisk remaining ingredients except cheese together and pour into electric skillet. Cover with lid and cook for 20 minutes.
Add cheese and continue cooking for 10 minutes or until eggs are set.
