Ingredients
4 Tablespoons Bisquick or all-purpose flour
2 Cups cold milk
1 Tablespoon butter
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 Pound sausage, cooked & chopped
Toast
Instructions
Heat butter in iron skillet, blend milk and Bisquick, add and cook on medium high stirring frequently. When the liquid starts to boil cut down heat and simmer until the gravy thickens. Add cooked sausage, blend and serve on toast.
Note: Darken with Gravy Master if you prefer darker gravy.
