Ingredients

1 Pound sausage cooked & drained
6 Eggs, slightly beaten
2 Cups milk
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Slices crushed, day-old bread
1 Cup cheddar cheese, grated
3 Tablespoons onion, chopped

Instructions

Mix ingredients and let sit overnight in an 11� x 7� x 1 1/2� Pyrex dish. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes. This is great for Sunday brunch.
