Ingredients
2 Cans of biscuits
1 Pound pork sausage
7 Large eggs
1 1/2 Cups of cheese
Salt & pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400�F.
In a bowl, mix the biscuits with the eggs and whisk gently to coat, let set for 20 to 30 minutes.
In a skillet, cook and crumble the sausage then mix it with the biscuit mixture and cheese.
Pour the mixture in a casserole dish.
Bake casserole for 22 minutes.
