Ingredients
1 Package hash brown potato cubes
3/4 Cup onion, chopped
1 Can corned beef
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup Carnation milk
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 Cup Velveeta cheese
Instructions
Lightly brown hash browns, onion, salt and pepper and place in casserole dish. Crumble corned beef on top.
In a saucepan heat milk, Carnation milk, soup and cheese; pour over potatoes and corned beef. Bake covered at 350�F for 1 hour. Remove cover and brown 15 to 20 minutes.
