Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1 Envelope dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 Cups water
3/4 Cup uncooked rice
1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
1 Cup green peas
1 Cup sharp cheese, shredded

Instructions

Brown meat; add soup mix, water, rice, tomatoes and peas. Simmer 25 minutes until rice is tender. Top with shredded cheese before serving.
