Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
2 Cups water
3 Cups egg noodles, uncooked
1/2 Pound Velveeta, cut into 1/2" cubes
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

Brown the ground beef in a large skillet and drain fat.
Stir in water; bring to boil, add noodles; stir.
Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 8 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Add Velveeta, soup and pepper; cook 5 minutes or until Velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
