Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1 Packet mushroom onion soup mix
2 Tablespoons milk
1 to 2 Teaspoons onion powder
2 to 4 Teaspoons crushed corn flakes
1Teaspoon pepper
Salt to taste
Olive oil
2 Large eggs, beaten
2 to 3 Cups crushed corn flakes

Instructions

Combine first 7 ingredients well and form into patties. Dredge each patty in the beaten eggs and then in the cornflakes. Heat pan and add enough olive oil to coat bottom. Place patties in Turbo Cooker and cook, valve closed for 3 minutes. Open, flip patties and cook an additional 3 minutes with valve closed. Serve with brown gravy and mashed potatoes.
