Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Cup onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
1 Cup water
1 Cup elbow macaroni
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
Brown ground beef; drain and add onion. Cook until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes, water and macaroni. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Stir in cheese and simmer until cheese melts.
