Ingredients
3 Pounds round steak (2� thick)
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Oil or shortening
2 Onions, sliced
1/2 Cup water
1/2 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons grated cheese
3/4 Teaspoon paprika
Instructions
Dredge steak with flour and season with salt and pepper, brown on both sides in hot oil or shortening, add onions. Mix remaining ingredients and add to pan. Cover pan tightly and simmer until meat is tender, about 2 1/2 hours.
