Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Pound ground pork
1 Cup soft breadcrumbs
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Cup onion, finely chopped
1 Egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 Teaspoon dry mustard
8 Hamburger buns, split & toasted
1/2 Cup sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon onion salt
Shredded lettuce
Instructions
Combine ground beef, pork, breadcrumbs, first 1/2 cup sour cream, onion, egg, salt, and dry mustard; mix well.
Shape into 8 patties and brown slowly in a large skillet. Cover and cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Place on toasted buns.
Combine sour cream and onion salt. Spread atop the burgers. Garnish with shredded lettuce.
