Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1/2 (6 1/4 oz) Box stuffing mix for chicken
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can condensed cream of celery soup
2 Tablespoons dried onion soup mix
1 Cup milk
2 Cups hot cooked rice

Instructions

Prepare stuffing according to package directions. Divide ground beef into 8 portions; flatten into thin patties. Spoon prepared stuffing onto middle of patties; roll into balls, sealing ground beef around stuffing. Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake at 350�F until cooked through.
In medium saucepan, combine soups, soup mix and milk. Stir over medium heat until hot. Spoon hot rice onto serving platter; top with meatballs and soup mixture.
