Ingredients
6 Bell peppers, tops removed & seeded
2 Pounds ground beef
1 1/2 Cups Basmati rice
1 Medium onion, diced fine
3 Eggs
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Tablespoon season salt
1 Teaspoon celery salt
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon crushed Thyme
Fresh crushed black pepper to taste
Sour cream
Instructions
Combine beef, rice, onion, eggs, 1 can tomato sauce and seasonings and mix well. Fill cleaned peppers with meat mix and pack into bottom of pepper. Place peppers in roaster and cover with remaining can of tomato sauce. Bake for about 2 hours at 325�F until cooked through. Remove pepper to plate and top with sour cream.
