Ingredients
2 Cups of broccoli flowerettes
1 Cup cauliflower
1/2 Cup carrots, julienned
1/2 Cup chopped onions
2 Tablespoons minced garlic
1 Cup green bell pepper, julienned
1 Cup red bell pepper, julienned
3 Tablespoons of hoisin sauce (available in Asian stores)
1 Tablespoon of Asian soy sauce (Marca Pina and Silver Swan from the Philippines, can be bought at any Asian store)
1 Teaspoon oyster sauce (optional)
Pinch of salt and pepper
2 Cups of thin beef strips
Instructions
Saut� the garlic and onion, until the onion turns transparent in color. Before adding the beef, make sure your wok is very hot and on high heat. Add the beef strips. Wait until the beef is not pink in color anymore. Add the hoisin sauce. Continue stir-frying. Add the soy sauce. Add the oyster sauce. Sprinkle some salt and pepper. Add the carrots, green bell pepper and the red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 20 seconds. Add the broccoli and cauliflower. Stir-fry for another minute or two. Turn down the fire and simmer for 1 minute. Serve with rice.

You can experiment with the ingredients. You can also use chicken or pork instead of using beef.
