Ingredients
1 Pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 Tablespoon oil
1 Pound red potatoes, cubed
3 Carrots, chopped
1/4 Cup water
2 Cups fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 Cups fresh onions, sliced
1/4 Cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
Instructions
Cook & stir the meat in hot oil in a large skillet on high heat for 2 minutes or until browned. Remove from the skillet & set aside.
Add the potatoes, carrots & water to the skillet. Bring to a boil. Cover & simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Stir in the meat, mushrooms, onions & dressing. Cook & stir on high heat for 5 minutes or until heated through.
