Ingredients
1 1/3 Cups all-purpose flour
Herb seasoning to taste
1/2 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Dash cayenne pepper
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
2 Eggs, beaten
1 1/2 Pounds veal cutlets
4 Tablespoons oil for frying
Instructions
In a shallow bowl, combine flour, herb seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper.
In another bowl, place the beaten eggs.
Coat each veal cutlet with the flour mixture, then dip into egg, then back into the flour mixture then let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
Place veal cutlets into hot oil and cook until browned, about 10 minutes on each side.
