Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Slice of bread, crumbled
1 Egg
2 Tablespoons prepared mustard
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Garlic salt to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the beef, bread, egg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well. Form into 6 patties and season with garlic salt and salt and pepper to taste.
In a large skillet over medium heat, saut� the patties for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fully cooked to desired doneness.
