Ingredients

1 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire
1 Tablespoon instant minced onion
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Cup cornflakes

Instructions

Thoroughly mix ground beef, sour cream Worcestershire, onion and salt. Crush cornflakes slightly and gently stir into meat mixture. Let stand 1/2 hour. Shape into 6 patties, about 1/2" thick and broil 4" from heat for 6 minutes. Turn and broil 6 minutes more or until done.
