Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/4 Cup breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup onion, chopped
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 Teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
1/2 Cup diced green pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz) Can condensed vegetable soup
1 (8 oz) Can tomatoes, chopped
Instructions
Combine beef with breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt and pepper; shape into 4 patties. Brown in skillet; push to one side. Saut� green pepper in skillet; cook until tender. Add soup and tomatoes. Return meat, cover and cook 20 minutes.
