Ingredients

1 Pound ground round
1 Onion, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 (15 oz) Can diced tomatoes
1 (8 oz) Can sliced mushrooms
1 Cup rice, uncooked
1/3 Cup dry sherry
2/3 Cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

Brown meat with onion and garlic in a saucepan, add tomatoes, mushrooms, rice and sherry and bring to a boil.
Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350�F for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake a little longer until cheese is melted.
