Ingredients

1/2 Pound Jimmy Dean sage pork sausage, browned & drained
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 Can mild Rotel tomatoes

Instructions

Add all ingredients to small crockpot and cook on Hours for 2 hours stirring occasionally.
