Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Pound bulk hot sausage
1 Large onion, chopped
2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
1 Medium green pepper, chopped
1 (11 oz) Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
1/3 Cup pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/2 Teaspoon salt
8 Ounces wide noodles, cooked & drained
Instructions
In a large Dutch oven, cook the beef, sausage and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in 1 cup cheese, green pepper, corn, soup, tomato sauce, olives, garlic, salt and noodles. Transfer to a 13" x 9" baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover and bake at 350�F for 35 minutes. Uncover; bake 10 minutes longer.
