Ingredients

1 Ounce ranch dressing mix
1 Pound ground beef, cooked & drained
1 (4 oz) Can sliced mushrooms, drained
8 Ounces wide egg noodles, cook, drain
8 Ounces sour cream
3/4 Cup milk
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

In saucepan combine all ingredients, except cheese. Heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with cheese.
