Ingredients

1 (22 lb) Top round beef roast
Granulated chicken base
2 Ounces sliced onions
2 Ounces sliced green peppers
4 Slices American cheese
1(8") Hero bun

Instructions

Rub the meat with chicken base and put it into a large container. Allow the beef to marinate, overnight, in the refrigerator.
Preheat the oven to 350�F.
Put the beef into a large roasting pan and roast it until rare, about 2 1/2 hours. Remove the roast to a cutting board and let cool before thinly slicing.
Saut� the onions and peppers together in a grill pan over medium-low heat until softened. Add 6 ounces of thinly sliced beef over the peppers and onions. Top with 4 slices of cheese and allow it to melt.
Put the grilled meat, cheese, onions and peppers on the hero bun and serve.
