Ingredients
1 Beef chuck roast, about 6 to 10 pounds
2 Teaspoons liquid smoke, or more to taste
Salt & pepper
Garlic salt
Heavy duty foil
Instructions
Rub meat with liquid smoke, then with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Wrap tightly in 2 thicknesses of foil with a seam on top. Place in roasting pan. Roast in 200 (slow) oven for 10 to 12 hours. Serve with salsa.
