Ingredients

1 Pound of ground beef
1/2 Pound regular sausage
1/2 Cup bread crumbs
2 Eggs beaten
1 Small can tomato soup
1 Small can onion soup
2 Tablespoons cornstarch
1 Garlic clove, minced
1/4 Cup of vinegar
3 Tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
2 Teaspoons hot pepper sauce

Instructions

Combine beef, sausage, bread crumbs and eggs in a mixing bowl. Shape into 24 meatballs. Brown meatballs in large skillet and when done drain well. Add onion soup, tomato soup, cornstarch, garlic, vinegar, 2 table spoons of sugar, Worcestershire sauce. Mix well cook covered over low heat for 20 minutes or until done to taste stirring occasionally. Serve with rice.
