Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 (15 oz) Can chili beans
Chili seasoning, optional
4 Flour tortillas
Oil to fry tortillas
Toppings
Lettuce, shredded
Onion, diced
Cheese
Sour cream
Salsa
Jalapeno peppers, optional
Instructions
Brown ground beef in skillet, drain fat.
Mix in chili beans and chili powder and cook until hot all the way through.
While this is cooking, heat oil and begin frying your tortillas. The tortilla will bubble up, use a fork to poke a hole in it and flatten it back down.
Flip tortilla, making sure it is brown on both sides.
Serve open face and add toppings of choice.
