Preheat oven to 350�F. Slice and make rings of onions, saut� in oil, set aside. Make 8 patties of the hamburger meat. Dip in flour that has been seasoned with salt & pepper. Brown patties on each side in the grease you saut�ed the onions in. Place the patties in a 9x13 pan. Put onion rings on top of each patty. In the skillet you browned the meat in put the 2 cans of soup and 1 can of water. Mix well. Pour over meat and onions. Bake at 350�F for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve with green beans and mashed potatoes.
