Ingredients

2 Pounds lean ground beef
1 Medium onion, diced
1/2 Cup tomato sauce
1 Egg
3/4 Cup seasoned breadcrumbs
2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Slices bacon

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except bacon and mix well. Shape into a loaf and place in a baking dish; top with bacon slices and bake at 350�F for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meat is fully cooked.
