Ingredients

2 1/2 Pounds lean ground beef
1/2 Pound lean ground sausage (I used Jimmy Dean)
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 Cup onion, finely diced
1 Cup celery, finely diced
3/4 Cup green bell pepper, finely diced
2/3 Cup tomato juice
1/3 Cup evaporated milk
1 Sleeve saltine crackers, crushed into crumbs
1 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1 Teaspoon seasoned salt
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
2 Tablespoons Lipton onion soup mix (about 1/2 of the package)
Topping
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
1 teaspoon ground mustard
Sesame seeds for garnish, optional

Instructions

Heat oven to 400�F Lightly spray a 13" x 9" baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. In prepared baking pan, shape meat mixture into a long loaf shape; pour on topping and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Don�t over bake; it will dry out your meatloaf. Note: Allow to stand at room temperature before slicing.
