Ingredients

2 Pounds ground beef
1 Cup breadcrumbs
2 Teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons A-1 sauce
2 Eggs
3/4 Cup milk
3 Tablespoons parsley flakes
1 Small onion, chopped
1/4 Cup carrots, shredded
Mix and cover with
1 Can tomato sauce
2 Tablespoons A-1 sauce

Instructions

Thoroughly combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, 2 tablespoons of A-1, eggs, milk, parsley flakes, onion and carrots, place mixture in a loaf pan. Combine tomato sauce and 2 tablespoons of A-1 and pour over meat loaf, bake at 350�F for an hour.
