Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Can cream of mushroom or celery soup
2 Tablespoons water
2 Tablespoons Crisco oil
Flour
Instructions
Shape meat into 8 meatballs; roll in flour. Brown meatballs lightly on all sides in oil in pressure cooker, add undiluted soup and water. Cover and cook at pressure for 5 minutes, cooling cooker immediately.
