Ingredients
1 Pound deli corned beef, chopped
1 Cup cheese, shredded
2/3 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons minced onion
1 Tablespoon dill relish
2 Tablespoon butter, softened
6 Hamburger buns, split
Instructions
In a bowl, combine beef, cheese, mayo, onion, and relish. Spread butter over cut sides on buns. Spoon corned beef mixture over bottom halves then replace tops. Place in a 9� x 13� pan, cover with foil and bake at 425�F for 15 to 20 minutes.
