Ingredients
1/2 Cup onion, minced
1 Garlic clove, crushed
1/4 Cup butter
1 Pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons flour
1/2 Teaspoons salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 (8 oz) Can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 Can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons parsley, minced
Rice or noodles
Instructions
Saut� onion and garlic in butter over medium heat; add meat and brown. Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes. Add soup and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve over rice or noodles.
