Ingredients
1 Pounds ground beef
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 (8 oz) Cans tomato sauce
1 Teaspoon sugar
Salt & pepper to taste
4 Cups cooked wide egg noodles
1 Cup cottage cheese
1 Cup sour cream
1/3 Cup green onion, chopped
1/4 Cup green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350�F. Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Add onion and heat until onion is just soft. Add tomato sauce, sugar, salt & pepper, set aside keeping warm. Cook noodles to desired doneness, drain then add cottage cheese, sour cream, green onion, bell pepper and Parmesan cheese. Mix well to blend all ingredients. Alternate meat and noodle layers in a 9� x 13� (?) baking dish sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes in preheated oven.
