Ingredients

2 Pounds hamburger
Onion, minced
Garlic powder
2 (10 count) Packages large biscuits
2 Cans of cream of potato soup
1 Can of milk
1 to 2 Cups shredded cheddar and/or mozzarella cheese
Salt
Pepper

Instructions

Brown hamburger with minced onion and garlic powder, let cool.
Press 2 packages of biscuits in 9� x 13� pan. Put browned hamburger mixture on top of biscuits.
Cook 2 cans of Cream of Potato soup, 1 can of milk, and 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar and/or mozzarella). Cook until cheese melts.
Pour over hamburger, add remaining cheese on top, salt and pepper to taste and bake at 350�F for 30 to 45 minutes.
