Ingredients
1 Can biscuits
1 1/2 Lbs. ground beef
1 Cup chopped onions
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1/2 Cup milk
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Cup ketchup
1/3 Cup sliced stuffed olives, optional
Instructions
Brown beef and onions; drain. Combine cream cheese, soup and milk. Add salt, ketchup and beef. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Put biscuits on top and add olive slices. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until golden brown.
