Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Medium onion, chopped
1 Can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 1/2 Cups frozen peas
1/3 Cup ketchup
1/8 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
1 Tablespoon all purpose flour
1 Tablespoon beef bouillon
1 Tablespoon marjoram
1/2 Tablespoon salt
1/4 Tablespoon pepper
3 Cups hot mashed potatoes
1 Egg
Instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat, brown the beef and onion, drain. Add the next nine ingredients mix well. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Pour into an un-greased shallow 3-quart baking dish. Combine potatoes and eggs; mix well. Drop by 1/2 cupful onto beef mixture. Bake uncovered, at 350�F for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly and potatoes
are lightly browned.
