Ingredients

Burgers
2 Pounds lean ground beef
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons heavy sweet cream
2 Tablespoons melted butter
2 Tablespoons minced onion, saut�ed in butter
1/2 Cup butter
Sauce
2 Green onions, minced
1/4 Cup white wine
1 Tablespoon tomato paste
1/2 Cup heavy sweet cream
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine beef with salt, pepper, cream, melted butter and minced onion. Mix well and form meat into 6 patties.
Heat butter in skillet and saut� hamburgers to desired doneness.
Remove hamburgers to a hot platter. Drain all but 2 tablespoons of butter from skillet and add green onions. Saut� 2 minutes, then stir in wine. Bring to boil.
Add tomato paste and cream. Cook until sauce thickens slightly. Add seasonings. Pour sauce over hamburgers.
