Ingredients

2 1/2 Pounds ground beef
1 Medium onion, diced
1 (4 1/2 oz) Can deviled ham
1/2 Teaspoon salt
2/3 Cup evaporated milk
1/4 Teaspoon ground cloves
2 Eggs
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup bread crumbs

Instructions

Mix together - make meatballs about the size of a quarter. Brown in 1/4 cup oil. Drain off fat. Simmer, while covered, for 20 minutes in 1/4 cup water.
Sauce
2 Tablespoons butter
1 Cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon catsup
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon dill seed
1 Cup water
Preparation
Melt butter. Blend in flour and salt. Stir in water. Cook until thick. Add sour cream, catsup and dill. Heat to boil. Spoon on meatballs.
Good with rice or noodles.
