Ingredients
1/2 Cup salad dressing (or mayo)
1/4 Cup flour
2 Cups milk
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Cup chopped onion
1 Clove garlic
1 5 1/2 Ounce can tomato paste
1/4 Teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Large egg, beaten
1/4 Teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 Cups dry elbow macaroni, cooked and drained

Instructions
Whisk the salad dressing and flour until smooth. Gradually add milk. Add the salt and simmer, stirring frequently, until thickened. Meantime, brown ground beef with onion and garlic until onion is soft. Drain. Stir in tomato paste and cinnamon. Remove from heat. Stir the beaten egg, nutmeg and cheese into the white sauce. Stir in macaroni. In a lightly greased 2-3 qt. casserole dish, layer the macaroni mixture in three parts alternately with the beef mixture in two parts, starting and ending with macaroni mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, covered, in a 350� oven for 20-25 minutes.
