Ingredients
3 Tablespoons butter
3 Tablespoons flour
2 Cups milk
2 Packages of chipped beef
Garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt butter in skillet. Add flour and make smooth paste. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly. When it boils and thickens, add chopped up pieces of beef. Cook until warm through. Serve over biscuits, toast, etc.
