Ingredients

1 Jar dried beef
1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup flour
1 Can evaporated milk
1 Milk can of water
Regular milk to bring the liquids to 6 cups
Lots of pepper

Instructions

Cut up the beef and fry in butter until the butter starts to brown. Add the flour and stir in so it is not powdery, but has absorbed the butter. Add the milks (I mix them together and heat them first). Stir this until it begins to bubble, reduce heat, and simmer 2 minutes to prevent a raw flour taste.
Serve over fresh baked biscuits.
