Ingredients

2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tablespoons sesame seed oil
1 Pound ground beef
10 Ounces coleslaw salad mix
1 Tablespoon sriracha
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1 Teaspoon vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1/2 Teaspoon sea salt
1 Teaspoon sesame seeds
1 Green onion, chopped

Instructions

Heat sesame seed oil in a large wok and add crushed garlic, cook until fragrant.
Add in a pound of ground beef and break up with a wooden spoon.
Once the ground beef is browned add the coleslaw salad mix and toss to combine.
Add in sriracha, soy sauce and vinegar and toss. Let this cook for about 5 minutes for the coleslaw mix to wilt.
Season to taste with salt, pepper and sesame seeds.
Serve with a sprinkle of green onion.
