Ingredients
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
2 Tablespoon butter or margarine
2 Cups frozen hash brown potatoes with onion & green pepper
1 (12 oz) Can corned beef
1 (10 oz) Package of frozen mixed vegetables, thawed & drained
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In large skillet over medium high heat, cook onion in butter until tender. Stir in potatoes, cook, stirring occasionally until potatoes are golden brown. Add corned beef, vegetables and pepper. Cook until thoroughly heated.
