Ingredients
Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs beaten with a little milk
Beef or pork, cut into 2" squares
4 (6" long) Wooden sticks
Oil for frying
Instructions
Center about 5 squares on each stick and dip into the egg mixture. Then roll in the bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil until brown then bake in 350�F oven for 1/2 hour for beef, 1 hour for pork.
