Ingredients
1 Pound veal cubed
1 Pound pork cubed
1 Garlic clove, crushed
2 Eggs, whipped with a little water
Salt & pepper to taste
Finely crushed dry bread crumbs
Instructions
Marinate meat cubes overnight in salt, pepper and garlic mixture. Arrange meat on skewers alternating pork and veal, then roll in flour, then egg mixture. Coat assembled skewers with dry breadcrumbs and brown lightly in frying pan; bake at 325�F in roasting pan in oven for 50 minutes or until done. You can add small amount of water so meat won't stick to pan.
