Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup flour
1/4 Cup cooking oil
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Shape meat into flat patties, season; chill. Place milk in a flat dish, flour in another. Place each patty in the milk then into the flour, coating generously.
Place patties in hot oil in skillet, cook on each side till crispy, flattening as patties cook.
I seasoned the meat with Paula Deen's House Seasoning before making patties. I used buttermilk in place of regular milk.
I served these with Sam's sausage gravy and rice. Any sausage or country gravy would do.
